Tain’t nothin’ like Baked Cajun Chicken Wings…
Yes, I know. Yuck-oh.
But this is a blog and there’s gots ta be pictures…
First, Boil those suckers in a large pot of boiling water. Chicken won’t cook if the water’s cold… or so I’m told.
Cook your Chicken Wings for about 10 minutes. If you set the timer, then you can go play on the internet for a while…
When the beeper beeps, make sure to get off the internet and check the chicken.
Lay your wings on a cooling rack and put on top of a Cookie Sheet.
Or you could put the rack on the cookie sheet and then lay your chicken on it… Saves a WHOLE lot of mess.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Then, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake you wings for 20 minutes…
After said 20 minutes, turn wings over to cook on the other side.
Bake them until they are nice and crispy like those above… YUMS.
While they are still hot, dump a whole bunch of salt to taste and sprinkle your Cajun Seasoning on them…
And then, if you have some boys named Morgan and Brendan, you can watch those Baked Cajun Chicken Wings fly…
Here’s the serious recipe instructions.

You can use any seasoning… We like Lemon Pepper, too.
Taco would be good…
or Parmesan Garlic?
Oh, the freakin’ possibilities!!!
Write me a note if you use this recipe and let me know how it goes. They are addicting…
