Thanks ta Cassie from

So, here goes it…

1. If you could meet any person in American history, who would it be and why?

Einstein.  Why?

A. He’s a genius, duh.

B. He was super wise and had GREAT hair:

3. And, he wasn’t all stuffy like most geniuses are…

So that means we have one thing in common….guess which one…

2. What do you consider to be your greatest talent?

My greatest talent?  Hmmm…I can do a heck of a Chimpanzee imitation…

Gwen’s Chimpanzee Imitation

Does that count?

3. If you could go back in time and live in any period, decade, era, where would you land?

Most definitely, Victorian England.  That is IF I were an aristocrat…the kind with actual money.  Oh, and I could bring indoor plumbing and air conditioning and cars and my cell phone.

Maybe I had better rethink building that time machine and just stay here and keep watching Masterpiece Classic on PBS…

4. If you could have unlimited credit at any store, what store would it be?

Maybe, just a Gold Store…then I can sell it and just go and buy whatever I want.

5. What is your most prized possession?

I would get all serious and say my family, but I don’t own them, so I’ll go with the first card Morgan ever game me…

It has Curious George on the front and a love poem in German inside. I was gonna show it to you, but I can’t find it…AAAAHHHH!!! I had it in my dresser drawer forever…shhhhhh…don’t tell him.  It’s around here somewhere….

But my new bowls from Crate and Barrel are sublime, too.

Bowls on Counter

Aren’t’ you sick of me pointing that out?

6. What are you most looking forward to in 2012?

Making Millions and getting REALLY famous.

But it that doesn’t work out, I can’t wait for Summer and the pool.  Oh, and I’m cramming HTML/CSS and Photoshop into my already crowded brain so I can become a Web designer.

Yup.  I said it.  That’s my dream.  Hope that one will pan out…

7. What is your favorite season and why?

Summer.  Spring. Fall. Winter.  In that order.  Can you tell I’m not good at choosing?  I like to keep my options open.

But this Winter stinks cuz we ain’t got NO SNOW.

Boo, God, Boo!

{hope the Almighty didn’t hear that cuz then he’ll send fifty-feet and I’ll be cursing myself…}

8. Do you have any bad habits?

I’m running out of room, so I’ll just be honest here.

Nope. None. Absolutely Zero.

9. What do you miss most about being a child?

Well, I do miss doing cartwheels.  And brushing Barbie’s hair.  Morgan threw away all of my dolls in a move, so I haven’t been able to do that in a while…

10. When you go to the zoo, what is the animal you can’t leave without seeing?

The monkeys.  See number 2.

11. If you could rename MY blog, what would you name it?

The Bold Abode…oops that’s taken.
Paint under my nails
Paint all ovah my body
Gimme some paint
Don’t make me paint you!
Only sissies are afraid to paint antique furniture…

I'm with Janel- your answers are great.
