OK.  So here are the deets on how to make your own Halloween Bat Wreath…

1.  Print out a bat silhouette from wherever…  Fold it in half and draw a grid over it.

Grid of Bat

2.  Tear off a large piece of Freezer Paper and fold it in half.

Draw a similar grid and copy the bat square for square…

See… it’s not too difficult.  I promise!

3.  Cut out your pattern and trace it on some Fiberboard or plywood, whatever you may have lying around…

4.  Paint a couple of coats of black.

5.  After the base coat of black is dry, paint on some glue.

6.  Sprinkle on lots of sparkly black glitter…

7.  Let it dry.  {um. duh, right? }

8.  Don’t even think about spraying on any Spray Adhesive.  It will dull the shiny sparkles.

Don’t ask me how I know that one…

9.  Affix it to a laser cut wreath like this one from Michaels.

    I must say that I want to make a bat signal now and put it high in the sky.
