All Natural Sparkling Blueberry Water

Can you feel the healthy vibes?  They’re standing up and screaming at you like two-thousand teenage girls waiting in the Mall parking lot for Tiffany to make her appearance.

{oh, you don’t know who Tiffany is?  Then, Avaril Lavine.  No?  Ok. Ummm….  I’ll just top there.}

We may be fresh out of Teen Idols over here, but we dripping in blueberry goodness.

I make this Sparkling Blueberry Water pretty much the same way I make my Raspberry Sparkling water.  It’s very easy.

I put a handful of blueberries in a glass with some crushed ice. {I don’t juice them in my juicer if I am only making enough for me.  Saves on the clean up time, yo.}

Then I use a wooden spoon to crush the berries to bits.

See the crushing goin’ on there?

Then, take a small seive and put the blueberry/ice mixture over the top of your drinking glass.

Then, slowly pour your sparkling water over the berry mixture.

And that is it!

So refreshing and delicous, I don’t even miss the diet soda! {or Tiffany… but I’m sure she’s a wonderful person and junk}

I do add a teensy bit of Stevia in the Raw.  About 1/2 packet.  You could add some honey if you prefer or sugar if that’s your thang.
