Banana Kiwi Sorbet
So good, you’ll wanna slap yo momma!
(Sorry, Mom, you know I’d never actually want to slap you!
Who could?  You’re WAY too sweet…)
And get this–No Dairy. No Sugar added.  No nothing.  Nothing but frozen bananas and kiwi.
Holy Cow!
Nope. I forgot.  No cows involved…
The recipe

(if you can call it that cuz there’s nothing to it!)
Ingredients:
1 banana per person. Use at least 3 if you’re going to use the Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Attachment.
 1 Kiwi per 3 bananas.
Procedure:
1. Freeze Bananas.  If your’re smart, hmmm…, you’ll peel them first, put in a ziploc and then freeze…
Can you see the frosty goodness?
2.  Haul out that monster Food Processor and Blend the blamity-blam out of the bananas and kiwi.  Or I guess you could use a blender or something a little less… umm.. clunky powerful.
3.  Stick the bubbly goop in the Ice cream freezer and let it churn for 10-15 minutes depending on how frozen you like it.
 MMMM…..
A little closer, please….
It’s Mine!  No, It’s Mine!
Are you seein’ what I’m seein’?  They are actually sharing!
Oops.  Spoke too soon!
Gotta get your own bowl…
Holy Mackerel!
Grab the bananas boys, we’re headin for home!

(Yeah, how does that even make sense?
But you know what I mean, right?)

Sometimes, a Gluten-Free life isn’t soooo bad…

  3. I have the lime green version of that Kitchenaid stand alone. Love it. Haven't used it yet, but I love it nonetheless. I just got it a a wedding gift this past August. I call it a right of passage/a piece of artwork. Eventually I might use it for it's intended purpose. Baking, ice-cream making, etc. I hear that you can do almost anything with it. Hoping it will maybe do my taxes too? Found your blog through Kelly Simon Says. Enjoyed reading!
