You can use any gluten-free flour you like.

If your batter is lumpy, pulse it in the blender so it’s smooooooth.

Oh, and here’s another little nugget:

Don’t have a non-stick crepe pan {ahem}, just use a griddle and trim off the jagged edges.

And if you’re like me, you’ll not go get a non-stick crepe pan just so you can trim the edges.

And eat them.

Keep the jar of nutella close by.

Jagged edges love nuttella.  And nutella loves jagged edges.

Oh, Nutella?  Wherfore art thou, Nutella???

  1. Oh my gosh, thank you for sharing this recipe!! I love crepes and can’t wait to try these. I haven’t had a crepe since I started my gluten free adventure 3 years ago. Today I posted about some cookie dough balls I made with almond flour. You should head over and check them out! 🙂

I am going to go poke around some more…

    1. Thank you, Kelly! It’s so hard to be gluten free sometimes, isn’t it???

I love using almond flour! I’m heading over to check out your cookies dough balls right now. They sound amazeballs!

  2. This is the first feed I’ve gotten for your blog in weeks, yet I see there are posts. Were you having any issue that you know of or as I crave crepes should I ponder the issue?

    1. UGH! I wasn’t getting them either, and I finally realized it! I must have been working on my Mail Chimp Template and paused the campaign.

Oh, well… I’ve learned my lesson for sure!

      Thanks girlie!
