These little pumpkins are so easy to make! Let’s see what it takes:

What do you need to make these mini pumpkin cakes?

How to make mini pumpkin cakes:

  • First, mix your batter according to the directions on the box and bake in your mini bundt pan.
  • Allow to cool completely.

  • While they are cooling, take your white fondant and split it in half.  Knead on part with a tiny bit of green coloring and the other with a tiny bit of brown coloring.
  • Roll the green out in a thin layer and cut leaf shapes.  Pinch a bit off the brown color and roll into a stem shape, making one for each cake.
  • Make your buttercream icing and pipe a layer on the bottom of one of the cakes.  Place another mini bunt cake on top. Decorate with stem, leaves and bugs.
