There is no simple way to say this.
Other than to simply say that this cream cheese is simply inspiring.
And inspire me, it did.
Have you ever had stuffed french toast? HOLY TOASTERS OF FRENCH!
It will make you sit down and shut up…it’s that good.
And easy… so super-simple-kinda-easy.
- Just start with some fresh bread. Gluten Free over here, of course.
- In a shallow bowl, scramble up about one egg for each sandwich. I made three, so I used three eggs.
- Preheat your pan or electric griddle to medium heat.
Spread the cream cheese on like you are going to make a sandwich… which is exactly what you are going to do.
Then take your sandwich of heavenly goodness and dip it in the egg mixture.
Turn it over and let it soak on that side for a second.
Grill the sandwich on both sides until it is a nice, delectable honey brown.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with honey or maple syrup.
