As if the Homemade Strawberry Cream Cheese wasn’t enough…
No. It wasn’t. I needed heaven to open up her windows and she did.
She opened up with mighty force and a white dove flew down and whispered in my ears these heavenly words:
Nutella Cream Cheese
And when Heaven speaks… I listen.
How cows of Nutella glee!
Ok. This is easier than fitting a round peg in a round hole.
All you need is some Nutella and some Cream Cheese.
For every 8oz block, use 1/4 cup of Nutella.
I used 2 8oz blocks and thus needed 1/2 cup of Nutella.
Or more. You could use more. More is always good…
First, soften your cream cheese in your blender. Or by hand. Whatever is your thing.
Then mix in your Nutella. You can do this by hand, or whip is up in the mixer.
I did both because it was a little lumpy even after mixing by hand. I set it on medium-high and let it go for about 3 minutes.
Then it was like home-churned velveeta. Smooth and creamy.
It goes together with juicy strawberries like Jay and his pickles.
But maybe not quite as hilarious.
But funny or not, this Heavenly Nutella Cream Cheese will make you say,
Bikini? What Bikini?
