Hey guys!  I totally wasn’t going to post this until tomorrow, but I just got an email from my host saying that they would be migrating my site to a new server tomorrow.  I didn’t want to leave you hanging on what I was doing with my GF Graham Cracker Crumbles, so i decided to post it this afternoon.

Were you totally curious yesterday this morning when I showed you how to make those yummy Gluten Free Graham Cracker Crumbles?

Uh-huh.  I bet you were!

Here’s what I made =>

This Gluten Free Smore Parfait.

 

After I made this SUPER EASY homemade Marshmallow Creme Frozen Yogurt, I figured it would be perfect to make a cold version of the Smore!

Smores….yum.

What you need to make this uber-delectable Frozen Yogurt Smore Parfait:

• Marshmallow Creme Frozen Yogurt  {it’s SO easy to make!!!}
• Graham Cracker Crumbles – my gluten free recipe or you can crush up regular graham crackers if you are able.
• Mini Marshmallows
• Mini Milk Chocolate Chips

First, take your parfait glass {I found mine for 25 cents at the GW}, and drop 2 small scoops of yogurt in.

Then sprinkle in some graham cracker crumbles:

Some mini chocolate chips:

And then some mini marshmallows:

Then repeat all the layers again.  Oh-my-oh-my!

Could it possibly get any better than this?

 

My boys eyeballs just about rolled to the backs of their heads.  They just kept on asking for s’more. {woka, woka, woka}

And it was so easy to make, I’ll probably be doing this on a weekly basis.
