Inside this post: If you love watermelon, you’ve got to try this delicious recipe for Sparkling Watermelon Lemonade!  It’s refreshing and sweet.

Oh. My. Gosh, y’all!  Let the good times roll!!!

Of all the sparkling waters I’ve made, this Sparkling Watermelon Lemonade is my most-est favorite-est!

Like, sit me in a dry, empty pool and just pour gallons and gallons right on top of my head.  Or, even better, just hook it up to a funnel and pour it down my gullet.

Sparkling Watermelon Lemonade... Literally the best sparkling water ever.

You need 2 cups of cubed watermelon and three lemons.

First, cube 2 cups of watermelon… Read this post for the super simple way to cube your watermelon.

So here’s the sitch.  If works best if you juice your watermelon first.  I love my juicer.

If you don’t have a juicer and don’t want to invest in one, just puree your watermelon in a blender first.

Then you’ll need the juice of three lemons.

Mix the juice together and add 1/4 Stevia in the Raw or other sweetener.

Then pour about 1 liter of sparkling water into the pitcher.  If you want two liters, just double the amount of stevia in the raw, watermelon and lemon juice.

But watch out… that steiva loves to erupt when you add the sparkling water!

Just my regular warning to you so you don’t end up having to slurp it off of your counter.  That would not be cool.

Mix well and pour over ice.

Then top with a slice of lemon and watermelon.  Or just chug it down.

Chugging is perfectly acceptable over here.

Can this be made ahead and then sit in the fridge, or will it go flat?

      Hi Carrie,

I think as long as you put it back in the bottle with a lid on tight that it would keep in the fridge. Give it a try!
