If there is one thing I miss about eating gluten, it’s graham crackers…. with peanut butter or smores! I LOVE smores… {suck it up, Gwen… suck it up}
I’ve got a delicious treat to share tomorrow, but I need to show you how I made these “Graham Cracker” Crumbles I’m using it. The boys loved these so much, that I thought they deserved their own post… so they could be in the spotlight and SHINE in all of their faux Graham Cracker-ness.
How to Make Gluten Free Graham Cracker Crumbles
This little crumble mix is easy to make!
All you need is 2 TBS butter, 1TBS sugar, and 3-4 TBS of almond flour.
Almond flour works best because it already had that coarse texture similar to crushed up graham crackers. Texture is very important!
First, melt the butter in the microwave.
Then add your sugar and dissolve in the warm butter. I’ve used Stevia in the Raw here.
Then add in enough Almond Flour to make a crumbly mixture.
And just like that… you’re finished! You can use this whenever you need a crumbly topping of sorts. Pop back tomorrow to see how I’m using mine!
