That’s kinda what being Gluten Free feels like sometimes if the sun were pasta.
But obviously we can’t live without the sun, but we most definitely CAN survive this Gluten Free life without pasta.
But, golly-gee-whiz, we don’t have to, baby!

And with this Gluten Free Quinoa/Corn pasta you can live a Mac-and-Cheese life again.
Oh, beautiful for spacious skies for noodles drenched in cheese…
Ok. Kinda-sorta looks like a dog’s dinner…
But it sure doesn’t taste like one.
Somehow, I failed to take photos of the process, but if you are human, I’m sure you can figure out how to make just fine.
If you’re a monster lab that eats couches, then I probably can’t help you, but I might could score you an agent because you must be able to read and that might make me a zillion, baby.
Moving on…
Here’s my recipe:
Easy Cheesy Mac
Ingredients
- 1 Box of Quinoa Corn Pasta
- 1lb Ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/4 Cups Milk
- 2Tbs Butter
- 1TBS Gluten Free Flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook Pasta according to directions on box
2. Melt Butter in saucepan
3. Mix Flour with a bit of the milk to create a smooth mixture
4. Warm Milk in Saucepan and add flour mixture.
5. Add cheese and simmer until thickened.
6. Mix Ground Beef, Cheese and Pasta together.
7. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
Then you might want to grab a spoon and hide in the closet for a Mac-and-Cheese Binge-fest.
OR I guess you could share it with your children.
But only if they tell you that you are their shining star or they’ll clean their rooms for a month without complaining.
