I’m certainly going to. But I didn’t want to just chuck this beautiful chocolate in a gift-bag and mail it off.  Nerp. I wanted to create a treasure chest for this treasure trove of deliciousness.

 

 

How to Make the Treasure Chest

So, I found these amazing wood and glass boxes at my local craft store. Perfect. And I made some snazzy printable cards to tie it all up with. You’ll find them at the end of yon post. First, remove the little clasp on the front.

Now to turn this boring old box into something worthy of all this DOVE.

Start by painting the inside with this liquid leaf gold paint.

Then paint the outside.  Easy-peasy-tangerine-squeezy.

After painting, add a little bit of white, crinkly filler paper. It makes it look super profesh.

 

Now the Heavenly Part
