Oh, no.
This tree is not for the weak… the shy… the neutral.
It’s most definitely for the Bold at Heart.
After 4 and a half years of a pititful white Walmart Christmas Tree, I broke down and ordered a 7ft tree from Amazon. It wasn’t the biggest, baddest tree on the web, but it suits us fine for now! And it’s a big improvement.
It’s skinny… like me. haha.
And I had this little, white skirt that I literally threw together last year, but it looked sad there all on it’s lonsome. So I grabbed my vintage quilt and told her she had a new job.
She was the understudy… the base coat… the firm foundation upon which we were to build our craziness.
Just pretend those red pieces are actually pink. I do.
I also made several ornaments this year, but I guess I’ll save those for next year.
Except for this one. This one, I’ll share.
It’s where Fraggle Rock meets Marilyn… Monroe, not Manson. Get with it, yo.
Oh, baby. You make me want to sing, “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend”..
And we have some more glittery stuff here…
As you can see in the pictures above, the garland is just a fun, polka dot ribbon.
It may or may not make an appearance next year. I already have some flideas twittering around in my head.
Boy. I feel as if I’ve done a ton this year… and I haven’t even shown you my Mantel yet!
I’ll try to get that up tomorrow! But until then, what do you think? Do you did my new, skinny white Christmas Tree?

Thank you, Cassie! It makes me happy, too!!!
I absolutely love this. I want a white tree but my kids and hubby said no! Ugh! Majority rules! Maybe next year! Enjoy! It’s fairy land meets the North Pole!
Why not have 2 trees? This was actually our second until we moved. We had 14ft ceilings in our old house and had to leave the tree behind.
I loved having a tree just for me and one for the kids to decorate! It’s perfect!
i have a white one up all year in my living room I love it. I do it differently every month for whatever hiolday that month has. It’s so much fun decorating and finding things to put on it. I have people who drive by my house just to see what’s on it this month ( and what four legged pet in looking out the window- I have two cats and two dogs ) you pictures have given me many ideas for the new year. Thanks.
Thank you, Laura! Happy New Year!
