Tis the season for… Cookies!!!
Oh, I love making cookies. I love eating cookies. I don’t eat them much anymore, but they make the entire house smell as if the Keebler elves have moved in and set up their cookie machines.
Giving cookies? That’s also fun. Especially if they have a super cute cookie sleeve in which to give them.
Enter DIY Confetti Cookie Sleeves.
What you need:
- Paper Glassine Bags – I found mine at the local craft store.
- Americana Multi Surface Paint in Deep Turquoise and Coastal Waters
- DecoArt Black Glamour Dust Glitter Paint and Splendid Gold Dazzling Metallics
- Pencil with eraser
- Glittery Ribbon
- Hole Punch
Let’s see how to make them in this uber-short video I put together for you!
Written Instructions:
Take your pencil and dip the eraser in paint. Carefully dot your sleeve with Gold, Black, Deep Turquoise and Coastal Waters.
Allow to dry.
When your paint is completely dry, slide a giant, home-made cookie in and close the bag.
Punch two holes in the top and thread with ribbon.
Do you have a thing for cookies? What’s your very favorite sugary disc?
