Hello my BOLD ones! My Home Sweet Home Tour is on it’s way!

I just wanted to pop back in and say that I’m working on my first ever Home Sweet Home Tour…shocker, right?

I’ve been blogging for over a year and a half, and something has been keeping me from sharing my home in full…

What could it be?

Fear?

Insecurity?

Perfectionism?

If you answered yes to anyone of these, you are correct and win a zillion hugs!  (cuz I don’t have any extra cash to give you, but hugs are free…)

So, for this new year {uh, hello March} I’m busting down my fears and am going to show you what I’ve got… at least to this point.

It’s far from being where I want it to be, but we all have our roads to travel, right?

And, although it may not be perfect, it’s perfectly ours.

So, tomorrow you can look for my Home Sweet Home Tour: Family Room.

And the rest will follow… eventually!

  1. Look at you… all newly styling over at the Bold Abode! Looking fine.

Alan Alda almost ran me over one time. Of course that was because I got out of the car in the middle of traffic during a fight with my boyfriend in Santa Monica because he accused me of staring at Alan Alda.

  2. Gwen….I love touring “real” houses. Looking forward to your seeing more of yours. Your blog looks so great. The color scheme is beautiful.

  3. Gwen…your family room is lovely, clean and simple! You have a modern flavor going on. The walls are a very pretty blue. So you….love the coke bottles and the copy paper wreath.

  4. Hi Gwen…I am new to your blog ….and already you have me at the pink craft room! So much so, that I am thinking of painting our master bedroom that colour….our bedroom furniture is antique white & the trim & door are white….so I’m thinking the pink will add some drama! I purchased the navy & white pin dot Rosette quilt from Anthropologie…I think it is going to be gorgeous!
Keeping it under my hat for now….hopefully hubby won’t pass out when I tell him my plans for painting in the spring!
