How can you live a BOLD life, if you don’t know where to start?
You have to start somewhere, and I’m starting with my Before Bed Reminders.

So, my dear Bold Ones, I’m shining my sink every night. Â I have been for about a month.
It’s lovely. Â And clean. Â And it makes me want to keep it that way.
So, once you get that small task where it’s automated, add in your Before Bed Routine.
You don’t have to do it all. Â Just start with the first section. Then slowly add the others.
What I use for my Reminders:
- D-ring Binder with pockets {A pretty one…I’m worth it and so are you!}
- Clear Plastic Sleeves
- Printable Routine Lists
- A Vis-a-vis {wet-erase} marker
I put the sheets in the plastic sleeves and use the marker to check off as I go. Â Then I can easily erase the check marks when I’m done.
