In this post: It’s so much easier to clean when you have everything right at your fingertips!  In this article, we’ll discuss what you need to clean your bathroom and how to make a bathroom cleaning kit!

First, isn’t that vanity above just the most gorgeous color? Transparacy: That is not my vanity.  That is a beautiful stock photo that I licensed but I just think it’s gorg!  We currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment and our bathroom is teensy tiny.

Anyhoo, it’s definitely easier to clean the bathroom(s).  So much easier that I just don’t see us moving again in the near future.  Plus, moving… ugh.  Blech. Can I get an “amen”?

But there is one thing I’ve been doing for a long, long time now.  And that is having a cleaning kit in my bathroom.  It’s a necessity at this point and I thought that maybe I could share how to do it and why so you can have just a teensy bit easier time cleaning your bathroom too.

Why you need a Bathroom Cleaning Kit?

Girl (or boy, lol), having a kit to clean your bathroom is killer.  I remember before I figured this out that I would run around the house like crazy person looking for the windex or the scrubber or the toilet bowl cleaner.  It was madness.

Having everything together in one place is amazeballios.

First, I started out with just one cleaning kit for the house.  Total improvement.  You we’re probably just thinking that, no?

But the real upper level is having one in every bathroom.  No more carrying it around and forgetting where you left it the next time you go to clean!

Raise the roof, yo.

So now, let’s see how this works.

What you need:

I do try to use more natural cleaners, but I’m not totally perfect.  Pretty close, but there’s always room to grow.

The shaker I also found at Target.  I put my baking soda scouring scrub in it.  It really just depends on my mood as to what I use.

We don’t have grout in our bathrooms anymore because they are just vinyl floors.  I have to tell you, I prefer them when it comes to cleaning.  Obvs, they aren’t as pretty or fancy, but it saves me a lot of heartache.

However, that grout brush is awesome.  As is the Clorox gel cleaner I used to use.

Having a roll of paper towels in every bathroom is a must for me now.

And the DIY Vinegar Cleaner? Just the bestest.  I use it for way more than the shower.  Anywhere that it’s safe to use Vinegar.

Work Smarter not Harder.

That’s my motto and I hope it’s yours too!
